An internal error occurred while the server
was processing your request. Restart the application and submit your request again. If the

Either the server was going down for scheduled maintenance, or a non-routine problem
required dropping client connections. Try your connection later. |

File id does not exist or is inactive |

Re-type the publication file id. File id's are
2-8 characters in length. |

Make sure you are using an active file id |

Check with your client service manager to
ensure you have appropriate access privileges |

Check the job schedule for the corresponding
publication. Some jobs require exclusive use of the database. |
