**IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MANUAL PATCH**
Users having installed previous patches Versions 4.89 (builds 204 or 205)
must remove those patches before applying 4.90 (build 206). Refer to the
following instructions for patch removal:

1. Enter your Control Panel|Add or Remove Programs.
2. Select the 'Show updates' checkbox at the top.
3. Scroll down to Fulco Circulation Manager 4.
4. If you have the FCM 20080428_150000 Update, you do not need to apply
   this patch.
5. If you have FCM 20080428_095020 or FCM 20080427_140256, select the item
   and click the Remove button.
6. When prompted, answer Yes to remove the selected update.
7. Install the fcm490206.msp patch.
