SUBSCRIBER LOOKUP
(WebLINK) Instructions for use

In your internet browser, go to https://www.fulcoinc.com/inquiry/login.html |

Enter you user id |
| 3. |
Enter your password* |
| 4. |
Click the 'login' button |
| 5. |
Enter the file id for the publication you
wish to access |
| 6. |
If you know the account number of the
subscriber or donor your wish to view:

Enter the account number of the subscriber or
donor in the 'account #' field |
| - |
Press the corresponding 'lookup' button |
| - |
For donors, group lists can be viewed by
clicking on the 'donor account' link |

If you do not know the account number:
| - |
Enter as much information as you know in the
zip code, last name, and company fields (partial and/or blank entries are ok, but may
return many matches) |

Click the 'search' button |
| - |
In the list returned, click the account number
of the subscriber you wish to view |

| 8. |
After viewing the subscriber, click 'new query' or use
your browser's 'back' button to return to the lookup page |

Protect your password. Do not share it with anyone. Notify
Fulco immediately if you need an account disabled |

Make sure your CAPS LOCK is off when logging
in |

For your protection, sessions time out after

Make sure you have filled out appropriate data
fields and clicked the button for the lookup you wish to execute |

Your browser does not support 128-bit
encryption -- upgrade your browser |

Make sure your browser history is set at a
value greater than zero and check that you are storing cached files |
