Execute sophisticated subscriber queries

Perform complex subscriber counts based on any criteria available in the database. The  Select and Sort  is a powerful database query tool that allows you to filter and sort subscribers based on logical (and, or, xor) selection rules.

Generate and print your own reports

Through a set of configurable, pre-defined jobs users can produce reports on publication and subscriber data. With the FCM you can run and print statistics whenever and as often as you like.

Update subscriber address information and track customer service

Publishers who handle their own customer service can directly change subscriber name and address information, cancel and/or refund subscribers, and nixie undeliverable accounts. With the FCM's customer service tracking feature, subscriber support calls can be logged into the customer's account record for informational and/or billing history.
